The Kingston memory might work with the HP memory if their respective characteristics (apart from voltage, frequency, timings) are similar. The only way to check is to try the Kingston module. If it doesn't work then try another module and so on until a compatible module is found.
According to details here, this motherboard uses standard unbuffered DDR3 memory at the following ratings -

DDR3-800 = PC3-6400
DDR3-1066 = PC3-8500
DDR3-1333 = PC3-10666

Total system memory capacity is apparently limited to 4 GB (2 GB per slot).

Even though the chipset (G41) appears to support up to 16 GB, there may be a limit imposed by the 2A8C motherboard BIOS to 4 GB.
