I'd say Asrock Z97 Fatality, it has a better Quality Control than MSI products as well as through many reviews, it shown to be more reliable.

I'm going to go the other route with the MSI board. MSI has been putting out some quality boards once again and this ones improved Audio seems to be very well done from reading reviews. Plus the MSI has a debug LED vs the ASRosk's... nothing; not even an onboard spkr for beep codes.
