Is my PC Build any good respond soon please

Is this a good pc? (would like to know soon or if their is anything i should change (not including case))

MSI GTX 980 4GB
Corsair CX600 80+ bronze power supply
MSI Z97 PC mate motherboard
Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5Ghz quad core
Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB 240-Pin DDR3
WD Blue 2TB hard drive

and im okay with not getting a SSD so please just opinions on the other stuff

CX units are low quality, they use cheap capacitors and tend to fail. Look at an EVGA (B2, G2, GS) or XFX unit around 600w or higher.
MSI motherboards have had QC issues before, and the PC Mate is a very low end board. Look at the ASUS Z97-A.

It will raise the price a few dollars, but the extra quality is well worth it.
The PSU is the last place you should cheap out, and the motherboard should never be cheaped out on either.

Thank you for such quick responses but would any of this mess up my other parts because im putting most of the money in the other stuff because id rather replace the power supply and motherboard soon then replace a graphics card so if its just the life time of those pieces I should be good right also i cant really up the price due to some of it coming from christmas and i dont really have the time to get any more money

The parts are quality enough to not damage anything. They can fail, but they wont damage anything.

I really think you should reconsider your build..

I highly recommend dropping the GTX 980 and downgrading to GTX 970 to make room for a SSD. The cost/performance ratio of a 980/970 isnt great.

Unless you are running 4k or triple screens, a GTX 970 is more than enough, and the speed of an SSD in terms of booting up and gaming is too much to pass up
