I want to upgrade graphic card on my HP computer so I can play wittcher 3 etc. I want to buy Geforce gtx 970 or radeon r9 380 both 4gb. Will my computer be compatible with those graphic cards even tough my PC already has integrated graphic and audio card? what else will I need to upgrade to make those graphic cards work on my HP computer. please help me guys here is the link to the specifications of my hp computer http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03517210
