I've read so many responses on other threads asking this same question and they're almost the same answer every single time. "You can barely run it and absolutely no overclocking." I used Outervision's TDP calculator and it says the load wattage is 404W and it recommends a 450W PSU. With a little overclocking to the GPU, it goes up to 434W load and recommends a 500W PSU. I'm not sure who to trust.

not all power supplies are created equally.

on a quality unit you should have no trouble. i would advise not overclocking as you want to maintain a bit of headroom on your psu but most high quality units should be fine even under heavy load.

on a low quality unit you may not have trouble normally however under heavy load such as gaming or overclocking you could certainly run into issues so would not be suggested.

agreed with sr71 though, going a bit over and using 550 would be ideal.
