Processor fan spinning too slow even under full load

hi,
i want to ask you that my mobo DQ35JO's cpu fan is spinning too low even under full load. i play games and temp goes above 80c and fan is still spinning slow. i also checked bios and changed settings but still no luck.
my specs are
core2quad q9300 2.5ghz
4gbddr2 ram
Radeon Sapphire r7 250 1gb ddr5 with boost
300watt standard power supply(FSP Group FSP300-60GHS-R 300W SFX12V 80 PLUS)
what is the problem with the fan.

If you can not get it to change through the BIOS there really isn't anything you can do.

Try directly connecting it to the PSU or changing the fan header.

Fan could simply be malfunctioning or it is the max it can reach.
