Accidentally hit the cl_cmos around the back while the computer was still on. I can access the BIOS but I've tried everything that I can find in the other threads about this and I still can't boot past it. I just get the automatic repair message from Windows 10 and it won't even let me clear the drives. Is there anything I can do? It's a MSI Z77A-GD65 LGA 1155 motherboard.

don't repair( hope you never wiped/ altered windows), you just took bios setting back to standard/default which is not allowing windows to boot, more likely the AHCI sata mode was on before and now is not so windows won't boot or vise-versa . Usually Advanced bios settings to find that setting
