Can I install the following RAM in my laptop?

I found this RAM and I'm unsure if I can use it or not in my laptop.

This is the RAM that's installed already in my Laptop http://a2kpc.com/itemdesc.asp?ic=MEMnb-DR3-4GB-D&eq=&Tp=

And this is the RAM that I want to know if I can install http://www.softmart.com/products/details.asp?breadcrumbs=280&catID=280&itemID=6049007&from=ezsearch&backVal=2&expand=Specs

I know that the RAM speed of the RAM that's already in my laptop is1600 and the RAM speed of the RAM that I want to install 1333. Can I install this and it work good for me? Thanks for any help with this.

If you have a 1600 Mhz RAM installed, installing a 1333Mhz RAM will make the alread installed one to operate at 1333 Mhz. It is best to install identical RAM with identical specifications to avoid incompatibility between timings.

I did and only found the RAM speed and it said nothing about the CL. Any idea if the one I have would work?
