Hey guys! I have this really old PC (basically its my grandfather's) . After he died I cleaned it. Now it has lots of problems!
Its a MSI G31TM-P21 motherboard.
Intel core 2 CPU 4300@1.8Ghz
2x2gb ram.
And realtek Digital Output/HD Audio.
The on-board USB ports are not working so I'm on serial ports! The main problem that I can't seem to fix is that I can't hear music. I installed I speaker on the JFP2 port properly. I could hear the POST beep! But no audio in windows.
Yes I have the latest drivers+ updates.
Yes I have tried tweaking in sound menu in windows + in realtek config utility.
All I hear is static or some buzzing sound.
Any help is appreciated!
