Alright so I basically have a $200 limit for Christmas so I was wondering what would be the better upgrade.

i5-2005k @ stock speed
GTX 560Ti 448 Cuda @ stock speed
12gb ddr3 1333 (mixed)
750w PSU
128gb SSD
1TB HD Raid 0

So I have one of those franken computers. Basically I combined my old rig with one my friend gave to me. Its in a ripped apart case, no sides, only the 120mm rear exhaust fan works. Stock heat sync that's been on the same thermal paste since the week the i5-2500k came out. The PSU fan doesn't spin, but I think I knocked a pin lose when I was blowing it out, easy fix. Even the memory is a mixture of two different brand 1333 and 1600. Its a HOT mess. The only good part is that its high end hardware that's never been overclocked.

My question is, should I upgrade to a GTX 960 or should I get a HAF 912 with 2x200MM fans, Hyper 212 Evo, and a new mouse :> (Finalmouse 2015) then OC my CPU and GPU.

My main concern is gaming. I really only play CS:GO and League of legends. My FPS is acceptable in both games, but it would be nice to be able to stream without that spastic hiccup that stutters my game. Thanks!

Yep and you should just take out the 1333 Mhz RAM as it is slowing down the 1600Mhz one. Probably mismatched timings also make it stutter somewhat. The rest of your upgrade is fantastic. Although I like my case open from the side so I can look at my beloved hardware while it gallops at full speed. :D Also it helps because it is very hot where I live.

So you think I should get the case and heatsync over the video card?

It would be a shame not to OC that CPU. I'd recommend getting a CPU cooler and a gtx 960. But it is a bit overkill for just CS:GO and LoL. You'd get away with very decent performance with even a GTX 750Ti in those games
