I think that something wrong goes with my PSU and my GPU. Any idea how to fix this?

So... i just built my first gaming PC
i3-4160
MSI GTX 960 OC 2GB
8GB HyperX Beast 1600Mhz
Corsair CX750..

Everything went perfect in the first 5 weeks but after i installed windows10 (which i don't think that this is the cause) my PSU started making a weird noise (some sort of buzzing not that disturbing) and from time to time i was getting MASSIVE lagspikes while playing battlefield 4 on high settings(this didn't happen before i installed the windows 10)

Any idea how to fix this lagspikes and this weird noise?

Next time you pick up a PSU have a look at the PSU tier list here on Tom's. Should never get anything less than a tier-3. The CX series are not that great.

I'd be surprised though if that was causing your game lags. Download MSIAfterburner and set it to monitor your GPU & CPU usage to see if the CPU is maxing out causing dips in your GPU usage.

Oh, and of course drivers, drivers, drivers....
