The only thing I really change is 'Power Management Mode' to 'High Performance' and if you only use one monitor, change 'Multiple Display Performance' to 'Single Display Performance'
Hey! Thanks for the answer! So mfaa setting is not an option? What about maximum pre-rendered frame? Alot of people say that having Vsync off is the way to go? Sorry if these questions may sound stupid. Thanks again

I have enabled mfaa, it is supposed to be as good as or better than normal aa but with less performance hit, I didn't see any difference though, try it for yourself and see how it does for you.
Vsync off is the best way to go yes, you may see some screen tearing but it's hard to notice when you're playing, but the input lag of Vsync being on is very noticeable when playing.
