I'm going with this build:

Intel Core I7 5820k
Asrock X99 Xtreme 4
Gigabyte Geforce Gtx 980 Ti Windforce G1 6GB GDDR5
G.Skill 32GB 2400Mhz Ripjaws V CL15 (4x8GB) DDR4
Samsung Series 850 Evo Ultraslim 500GB
Samsung Series 850 Evo Ultraslim 120GB
2x Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB (Raid 0)
Fractal Design Refine R5
Noctua NH-D14

PCPartPicker gives me 550w, and i'm not planning to overclock much...
Is XFX XTR 650W Modular 80 Plus Gold enough? If not, what instead?

That will be fine. You have a 140W CPU, and a 250W TDP GPU. The rest won't use much. 650W is the right amount for that, with a bit of overclocking. The XFX is also a great PSU.
