Power supplies tier 4

i am going with a skylake 6600k build and 750ti with 6 pin power lead and my budget is really tight will it be ok to run the system with a tier 4 psu like a cooler master elite or a corsair vs for example ?

If you want to risk your components at risk.

Never go budget on the PSU running your build.

highly not recommended. unless you like to flirt with disaster.

if you can't afford a few more bucks on a decent quality psu, you cant afford a skylake chip.

also, why such a strong cpu with a weak gpu?

Power supply is the last place to "go cheap". You will only end up spending more in the long term.

I don't use Tiers , you just need to buy a high quality supply for your build.

Tier three is about as low as I would go but most tier three PSUs already cost $40-60 and you can get some tier two PSUs like the Seasonic 520-620W S12-II and other brands' models based on the same design for $50-70.

And has the connection you need.

This has been mentioned before but on a budget would you not be better with the locked i5 6500 & a better GPU.

Your pairing makes little sense to me personally.

because i already go the gpu as a gift and with my 720p monitor it is pretty good enough

The GPU is fine , you buy what you can and use what is given , won't hurt always room to upgrade later.
