I don't know which parts to use that's the problem - my first time building a custom pc - so if u guys can tell me which parts should I use.

It sounds like he wants help picking out parts that fit under his budget and wants to know if that budget can get him 2 GTX 980Ti in SLI.

Unfortunately I am not familiar with the currency he is using so I have no clue what kind of build is possible under his listed budget.
