i installed the bfbc2 game and i downloaded the patch and applied it on the game folder by the instruction which is given in the internet. but when i open the game it says update it to the latest version to continue. but i downloaded the latest patch iam damn sure about that.......gamers plz help me

yes iam running a legal copy but instead of running update exe file to update the game . i just downloaded it in the official website using the torrent so that i can update it manually by extracting and pasting it in the installed directory. because i have a low speed internet.
