Something is causing my computer to crash, I think something may be overheating.

I'm not sure what it would be if it is overheating, though. My computer will crash (both BSOD and just restarting without) it happens at all times but with a greater frequency if I'm doing more things and after a crash if I don't let the computer cool down for a while first it'll just continue to crash. Crashing also goes up when it's hotter out, and down when I point a small box fan into the case. Since I've been watching my temps, though, my cpu has never gone over 57c and my gpu has jumped over 70c once, but besides that one instance has never gone over 55c.
I'm not sure what else to look, I've dealt with overheating before but it's always been something with my CPU, like a bad fan or a clump of dust.
