After logging into my PC I noticed that the CPU usage was at 100% and I kept getting an MSN toolbar notification on Chrome. Thinking it was a BIOS problem I updated to the latest BIOS 1202. The CPU usage was still at 100% so I disconnected from my internet and ran Malware bytes, Kaspersky, and adwcleaner, and only adwcleaner came up with a hit. It was a MSN toolbar and a bing toolbar, as well as another random file in my Chrome settings. I cleared it, and it kept regenerating itself after awhile. I tried scanning the entire windows partition in rescue mode on a flash drive and that didn't work either. I wiped my OS SSD and reinstalled it.
No more high CPU usage. Everything was clear so I reinstalled my programs, reoverclocked my cpu, replugged my HDD and 3 hours later my OS wouldn't boot. Crypto Library Internal Error, 21a, and Critical Process died were my error codes.
Thinking it could have been AI suite (overclocking program) that caused the problems I talked to the brilliant people at Asus tech support. They told me to clear the CMOS. This resulted in no video output and error 53 and 55. This was a RAM code so I rearranged the RAM in all the ways you can to no avail. I tested the RAM and it works perfectly fine. I took it to a PC repair place and all they did was test the RAM. I'm out of options and I could really use some help here.
