check your spelling and abbreviations arismpak I had to decode that question.

I built a 7850K build last year when the cpu was new with 2400mhz ram.

I played world of tanks on medium at 35 fps in 1080p with the first release beta drivers.

I understand performance has gained around 10-20 fps since then due to driver optimizations.

csgo is a low quality game so yes it will run it on high 50 fps id bet. if not high then medium settings (1080p)

I don't know what h1z1 is but id say it can run it if its a similar quality game to csgo

as a cpu the 7850K is slow. giving you i3 level performance, but given its i3 price it represents a decent option.
amd released a refresh of the 7850K called the 7870K that is slightly faster id look...

as for ram get amd brand ram or something else with AMP mode supported to make sure you get full usage of the ram. the 2400mhz amd brand I bought last year defaulted to 1600mhz and required I manually set it to AMP mode in the bios.

jayz2cents did a video on YouTube for the benefit to faster ram in a 7850K and showed that fps steadily increase up to 1866mhz and then only provide frame rate spikes above that speed to make gameplay a little faster, but not much. he was also on early drivers though so id still go for the 2400mhz ram, as I bet they smoothed that out a bit.
