Best z97 mobo for an i7 4760k preferably under $200

I am planning on getting an i7 4790k on black Friday and need a new motherboard to go with it. I have been looking at the Gigabyte Z97X gaming 7 or the ASUS Maximus vii Hero. I know the hero is more than $200, but if it's worth the extra money I'll go for it. Any advice on which to get or other board suggestions?

My current build
AMD FX 6300 3.5GHz
ASUS M5a97 LE R2.0
8 GB G.skill ripjaws x series 1866MHz
EVGA GTX 760 2GB
Corsair TX650 PSU
WD Blue 1TB HDD

I am hesitant to choose an MSI board because others have said that they have poor quality control. If I do go with an MSI board should I get the gaming 7 or will the 5 have everything?

Personally, I feel for gaming, the 7 is a bit extra but the 5 is a great motherboard. Personally, I'd go with the ASUS as they make fantastic motherboards
