Then you have two options.
1. Send the card back for replacement or refund.

2. Keep the card if you do not mind the cosmetic defects.

P.S. If the defects are not just cosmetic, do step 1.

Did the description of the GPU on the website state that the card was NEW ?

Tigerdirect does sell products that are Refurbished and if you do not read the card description info closely you may have ordered one.

Hopefully you did not pay full price for a Refurbished GPU. Refurbished GPUs should cost 70% or less of a new GPU.
