Hello, so I am a bit of novice when it comes to computers but I've had Fallout 3 and New Vegas for years all with many mods and it seemed to be fine but after getting Fallout 4 al of them experience really slow movement with my character constantly stop starting. Could it be RAM, mouse or hardware related?

What GPU? If using the iGPU in the CPU then you are about at minimum levels for GPU, but you'll also be giving up system DRAM which may hurt the game on DRAM use (prob dropping low to about 4-5 available after sharing with the iGPU and with Win taking it's share). If using a discrete GPU a Graphics card would want at least a 7870 if AMD or 550Ti if running an nVidia card. For better results they suggest at least a GTX 780
