Installing Nvidia Drivers changes Display Contrast

Dealt with this on two different cards, I install the Nvidia Drivers and when it changes the resolution to 1080p Everything becomes really flat and foggy on my monitor. The Black levels are almost grey. Did not have this issue with the On-board Graphics card on two PCs. It only happens when I install Nvidia Drivers.

Are you doing a "clean install" of the drivers? Also - take a look at the settings - there is brightness, contrast, hue, saturation and other settings for the monitors in the NVidia Control Panel.

Clean Install, Also everything is set to default in Nvidia Control Panel. Makes no sense.

Update, In Bios the black levels are what they should be, Black!. So its a Windows / Nvidia issue. Messed with Color Profile Management and did nothing.

Update 2, If i uninstall Nvidia Display Driver, It goes back to what it should be, But once I restart and it re installs the drivers, It changes.

Update 3: Fixed! Changed Output Range in Nvidia Control Panel to Full from Limited.
