At the $230 range the best would be the GTX 960 4GB. You'll be able to play some games at 1080p on ultra, but for best FPS you'll be on med/ high:

Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 960 4GB SuperSC ACX 2.0+ Video Card ($239.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $239.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Closer to the $300 price point, this EVGA GTX 970 will give you true ultra performance at 1080p on AAA games:

Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB SSC ACX 2.0+ Video Card ($289.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $289.99

**Note: Be sure to measure before buying these cards so you're sure they will fit in your new case

**Note2: These cards require extra PCIe power cables to run. Make sure your new PSU has at LEAST 2 8-pin (or 6+2) PCIe power connectors.
