Okay so I am beginning the process of buying all the parts for my build. On the Motherboard now and am really interested in the MSI Z170a M5, One thing that is of concern to me is how close the 3.0 header is in regards to the GPU. I can't tell for myself if they will actually touch or not. But if they do.. Is it an issue? Heres some pics from it online.

Now I am probably just being over concerned. I want to ensure everything is fine before I build my PC. But if they do make contact with each-other, is there anything to worry about? Not sure what card is used in that pic. But I'd imagine all mid-high tier GPU's could come in at the same length of it. I have not purchased all the parts yet. So I can't see for myself rather or not they will contact. But just coming here to ask if there is anything to be concerned about if parts of the GPU would make contact with it and what to be aware of if so.
