Hi, trying to build a high end gaming pc soon and it will be my first build since i was 12 (7 years ago) but anyway it is mostly based on numbers tbh i know thats foolish and a lot of this may seem un-necessary since il only be using it for recording and streaming games at 1080p but i want it to last atleast 3 or 4 years and i want to try and keep it as "future proof" as posible

Anyway the system plans so far

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor (to be overclocked to 4.5 or 5 ghz because why not?)

CPU Cooler: corsair hydro h75 all in one liquid cooler
Motherboard: MSI Z97-GAMING 5 ATX LGA1150

Memory: Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-3200 Memory

Im not sure if the ram speed is neccisary ive heard it will be throttled to 2400 but idk

Storage: 2x Samsung XP941 Series 512GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive
(For os, games and recording)

Not sure how the m.2 drives work either tbh i know they disable two satta ports each but im not sure if there will be a port left for my mass storage drives
And will they reduce my pcie bandwidth?

Storage: Western Digital Red Pro 4TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
(Cant ever go wrong with a nice cheap traditional hard drive for mass storage)

Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB Video Card
Or just the plain 980 depending on what money i have left
Case: literaly going to use the cheapest thing i can find that looks nice does the job and is hopefuly windowed because after spending 3or 4 months wages on something id kinda want to be able to look at it
Power Supply: EVGA 850W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
Optical Drive: Samsung SH-118CB/BEBE DVD/CD Drive ( yes, its the first piece of junk that pops up when you search cd drive but theyre always nice to have)
Wireless Network Adapter: TP-Link TL-WN881ND 802.11b/g/n PCI-Express x1 Wi-Fi Adapter

So anyway thats it any advice and anything i could change to improve performance with out moving the price too far?
