Need a new graphics card

Budget it set at 300 dollars.
Looking for the best video card available for this amount.
My old card is a gtx 760 and it was a good card until it starting giving me problems.

I'm gonna list my specs if it helps:
CPU: i5 4670k
Ram: 8G
Motherboard: Asus Maximus Hero VI
GFX: GTX 760
PSU: Rosewill 650W
Hard Drive: 1 TB
Monitor: HDMI 60 hertz 1920x1080

Games I play frequently : Arma 3,Fallout 4,CSGO

I have a Coolermaster Hyper Evo 212 already.
Yeah, the thing is I need to replace the GPU because it's fried.

Also how would you compare that card to let's say the R9 380 or a better card but same company at my budget.
Also since black friday is around the corner and many newer cards will go on sale; which ones do you think I should keep an eye on?

a gtx 970 is roughly ~40% faster than a 380


it trades blows with a r9 290x at 1080p

Thanks for the reply. Is the superclocked better than the standard? Which one would last longer in your opinion?

the cheapest one with a nice cooler

you can overclock it yourself for free

The cheapest one is the one that's factory overclocked already.
