i presently have a ax360 radiator xspc white, presently cooling gpu,and chip set on mobo, working great . my second loop will be cpu, only .so i am inquiring what will be needed to build this loop .i am loooking at singel radiator xspc ax v3 on amazon .but not sure if single or two fan . i do want a single fan .but would like the option of having second fan just in case .
the cpu is i7 3770k
mobo max v asus
have not selected pump yet , so i am seeking advise ,
the reason i want xspc is the fact it is white and will match my other white radiator seems xspc is only manufacturer i found that makes white .
so my question is will singel radiator with singel fan be adiquite to cool cpu .

Umm... Depends on the overclock, no overclock, yes, extreme overclock, maybe not. Also, your chip may not respond well to overclocking that much, it's kinda a lottery. If the radiator is 120mm X27mm (around standard depending on the maker) then cooling will be better than a big air cooler, but nothing fancy, there's not much surface area to exchange the heat with the surrounding air, the radiators I'm looking at now are I think 50mm thick, which should provide a good amount of surface area, meaning I will be able to use slower fans keeping the system quiet and cool. I myself am just getting into watercooling right now, so take this lightly, some one will hopefully chime in if I'm steering you wrong. Single fan with single radiator will be sufficient to cool that setup, but may not provide the best cooling.

i relooked at configuration and i can fit two fans ,which i ordered cooler master blue which is made for radiators and has a very good cfm generating up to 95 CFM airflow +/- 10% the
with the newest xspc The RX V3 is the highest performance radiator XSPC has ever released and it's also the best performing radiator in its class. The radiator features two rows of 21mm x 2mm tubes along with split fins at 13 fpi (fins per inch). Supplied with 2x G1/4" plugs and screws.
presently i have closed loop corsir h something with 2 fans . never had a temp issue loud at times . i am hopping that this is an upgrade . its good to get advise , these things at times are hit or miss , i am discovering how costly water cooling is , since october i been spending 100 week average , i just ran into serious problem , yesterday unrelated . which means i will have to start over ., mobo issue burnt chip .
