**Describe your problem. List any error messages and symptoms. Be descriptive.**

This is a completely new build for a friend of mine.

Everything is in the case. No problems (other than the rad was a very tight fit in this case even though its on the compatibility list). I hit the power button, all fans spin up, hard drive is doing its thing, AiO is circulating and the fans on the graphics card spin up no problem. Everything seems to be in order, but then I plugged the monitor (DVI) into the GPU and I get a "No output" error. We then tried the same monitor through HDMI, screen flashed blue as soon as it was plugged in but then said "No HDMI output" as the error. Then tried a different monitor and the same error on DVI (other monitor doesn't have HDMI).

**List anything you've done in attempt to diagnose or fix the problem.**

I have reseated the GPU about 5 times now firmly reseating it each time.

I have also moved the GPU from the firest PCi slot to the second and the same result.

**Post relevant photos of build/parts here.**

Didn't have a chance to take any pictures.

**Provide any additional details you wish below.**

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am going back over there tomorrow and I will bring my own GPU (R9 280x) and see if it works with it, if it does then I am leaning toward dead R9 390 and if it doesn't work then dead PCi slot. Any other tips would be greatly appreciated.
