So I did a factory reset to my computer yesterday and after I did that my computer could not detect my graphics card. I have a Radeon HD 7750 card. AMD recently made some updates to their software, discontinuing legacy drivers or something of those sorts. Whenever I try to open CCC or install Crimson, I get an error saying "AMD Catalyst Control Center cannot be started. There are currently no settings that can be configured using AMD Catalyst Control Center" and when installing Crimson I get "An exception occurred! Type:RuntimeException, Message:The primary document entity could not be opened. Id=".

I went into Device Manager and under Display Adapters it doesn't pick up the card, it only says "Standard VGA Graphics Card".

Before I got the HD 7750, I had integrated Intel graphics.

I've tried plugging the HDMI cable into the port other than what I usually use and nothing changed.

I'm afraid that I fried my card or something along those lines. It was working perfect before I did the factory reset.

when you refreshed windows it removed all of the drivers that were already installed. you need to first dowload the motherboard drivers. if you know the model of the mb make sure you have the newest amd or intel chipset drivers first. the go to amd web page and download the older omega driver for the gpu.
