Video Editing/Gaming PC for 1300€ | Thoughts Appreciated

Hello!

I'm gonna buy a new PC, for Video Editing and Gaming. Please note that I'm NOT editing Gaming videos. I use Premiere Pro and After Effects for more Professional use. I want to be able to play GTA V, MGS V, Tomb Raider and Assasin's Creed at playable High/Ultra settings, at 1080p.

I already have a system, which I think is suitable for my needs, but please look over it and tell me what You think!
