Hi, i need additional information regarding this GPU MSI GTX 960 Tiger OC 4GB 128Bit DDR5 would this be enough for MOBA GAMES and some hardcore games?

For MOBAs, yes. For hardcore games, it depends on what games, what FPS you would be comfortable with and what resolution you play at.
( You should be able to hit 60FPS in most new games at 1080p medium settings, as long as the rest of your system is good.)

All GTX 960s will perform pretty much exactly the same as long as they are 4GB. The only real difference in the models of the card is that some will have better cooling, which will help if you want to overclock the card. Overall though, as long as you aren't going to be playing at 4K or anything crazy like that, any GTX 960 you get will serve you well. (Even the 2GB version)
