I am running Windows 7 Ultimate. Recently I have tried to transfer pictures from my Camera to My Computer, but whenever I try plugging the Camera in (via USB), nothing shows up in My Computer. No removable disk, nothing...

Yet it has always worked fine with Windows 7 previously.

So I can't transfer the Pictures. My Computer doesn't have a card reader so that isn't an option either.

Any Advice?

If your are trying front ports, try USB ports on the back of the PC.
Try to plug camera while its ON.
Check to see if Camera has settings for its media, some of them can lock SD-cards, so they aren't accessible upon connecting to external devices.
And be sure to try different cable.
When you plug the camera, does it recharges with this cable ?
Even if it does, cable may be faulty.

As misteriosly said, even if the cable charges your camera, it could still be failing to transfer data.

What type of cable is it?

I have had a terrible time with micro USB cables. I think I run through like 3-6 per month. If you have another device you can test with the cable; I'd try that and see if the other device fails to communicate as well.
On that same note, if you have another cable, try the other cable with your camera.
