My pc keeps freezing 5 mins after startup on all windows (7/8.1/10)
i doubted that i had software problem, but now it looks like i have problems with my hardware

My specs:
right now my OS is windows 7 64 bits
cpu: intel core 2 duo E4300 1.8GHz
ram: 1Gb x 2
gpu: NVIDIA Geforce 8600 GTS
mobo: GA-N650SLI-DS4

P.S. my pc froze 2 times right now and on third attempt my pc looks stable for now, but on windows 8.1/10 i had freezes like everywhere

Have you done any debugging with hardware yet?

What happens when it freezes? Bluescreen? Reboot? Shutdown and stay off?

Try booting with one stick of ram at a time.
Doesn't look like your mobo has integrated video; but if you can get another GPU to test with, try that.

On a side note, 2GB of ram is really low for a 64bit Windows 7 OS.

Yes his system is probably running out of ram and his page file will never be big enough to compensate for this you actually need 4 gig of ram or a 32 version of windows 7 to be installed because these issues will continue no matter what you try.

Debugging? i think i never tried that...
My screen just locks up and i cant use my keyboard/mouse
I think 2GB ram is not enough for me cuz i was using windows 7/8.1/10 64 bit

Yes, you are running on the bare minimum of RAM which is never a good thing.
Do you have another Video Card you could test with?
