ASUS m5a97 not booting up on test

M5A97 R2.0 not booting up on test boot there is no response on monitor.
Specs:
M5A97
AMD FX 6300
Crucial Ballistix Sport 2x4gb
MSI GeForce GTX 960
1TB Hard Drive
Corsair CX600M PSU

Everything on the motherboard lights up and the GPU and CPU start spinning and light up like normal but absolutely no signal on my monitor

I used an Asus M5A97 R2.0 for about 2 year. Memories AMD 1600 MHz and 8750 Sapphire video card 2GB of memory.
Three days ago, using multiple systems with the 'vmware application, the screen is frozen. I turned off the computer and it is not the most started.
I performed a rewrite of the bios, bios reset, mounted only one memory slot A2 and the video card in the second PCIE port.
Outcome: has booted, but was out of the working frequency. Set the correct speed, work is still one day.
Reopening multiple operating systems, it is resubmitted the defect, but now it will not start in any way.

If you do not solve the problem... If all else fails... Replace the CPU and everything starts to work properly.
