we have this Westell DSL model 7500 and we are trying to boost the internet to the house from the garage. we got an antenna but it has a coax cable and the westell doesn't have coax hook up. is there a converter or an adapter that we can connect the two together?

Are y ou trying to extend the WiFi range of your 7500 to the garage? What distance / how many walls are there?
If so - you either need a router with swappable antenaes, or another solution to your problem.
- get a new DSL modem/router combo, which allows for external antenae. You are limited to what your ISP has approved
- get a new DSL modem only (or see whether you can swiitch your 7500 into "bridge" mode), then get separate router which allows for external antenae
- run an Ethernet cable to the garage (or use a pair of PowerLine adapters if everything is on single electrical circuit)
