Theoretical question: could an fx 4300 beat an i3 4130?

Well, I guess I better elaborate:
Basically, my school has just upgraded some pcs in the best I.T. lab, where I am also building my own out of spare parts I got for free from junkyards, friends and things like that. Basically, It's going to have an fx 4300, a gtx 760, and a resonable motherboard for overclocking. Most importantly though, I hope to scrounge together enough parts to assemble a sub-ambient cooling system, so cooling will be absolutely NO PROBLEM (or a massive problem, it depends). Anyway, what sort of overclock would an fx 4300 need to beat an i3 4130 in SINGLE THREADED performance. I think I will be able to muster a lot of cooling potential, enough to trick the cpu into disabling the safeguards, so I hope to hit at least 5Ghz, maybe a bit more if I get really lucky. So, what do you think? Will it be able to game? Only last gen games, so fallout 3, gta 4, basically anything one of my friends has lighing around that isn't worth selling or is free on steam, like robocraft. Any thoughts or opinions would be welcome.

To anyone interested in this cooling solution, check out the TEC sticky at the top of this page.

Solution
Seeing as 5ghz fx 9xxx series won't beat the single threaded performance of an i3 4130 a fx 4300 @5ghz won't either. You'd have to hit the Silicon lottery jackpot to get an oc big enough to match it.

It doesn't have to be super stable, Its only for accasional gaming (In my free period) and open office junk, and anyway, the guys that use LN2 hit +8Ghx and still run perfectly stable. My setup will not be that cool, but it will still be cold enough (i hope) to disable the safeguards that prevent that sort of overclock.
