Hi Guys,

Could any of you advise me whether I will be able use a "SAMSUNG 950 PRO M.2 256GB PCI-Express 3.0 x4" on my MSI GE62 - 6QD Apache Pro as a bootable disk?

MSI states that the laptop has an empty NVMe M.2 SSD by PCIe Gen3 X4 slot, but I'm not sure if I would be able to use that as a bootable drive, cause I did read somewhere that the BIOS has to be of a particular version to be able to boot from an NVMe SSD.

I tried searching around for answers on the internet and I couldn't find any.

Any help? :)
