i9300 ROM samsung galaxy s3

Hello,
I'm looking for a good ROM for my s3. I would like to have a kitkat ROM so it's stable. I want the following things:
- Kitkat or a very fast lollipop/marshmallow
- Overclockable
- Themes would be nice

If you know something, please let me know.

What would be a better rom than cyanogen get it now without any other consideration, perfectly compatible with the phone you have.

Its also very easy to install compared to other roms (Use the Easy installer if you like).

I've got in installed right now, it's a bit slower than expected, even when overclocked, and I can't change the dpi so everything is too large for my liking. Do you maybe know some more good ROMS?
