Building a low-budget gaming PC

Hello. I am planning to build a new low-budget gaming PC after using this rig since 2006 and came with these parts from a nearby store by my house (all good stores are always far away for some reason). I want to know if this low-budget build is okay for gaming some (not all) modern games out there. I'm not really good at these things, so I didn't want to screw up my first new purchase. After all, before this, I'd just buy a built-in PC without really caring.

Okay, these are the parts I'm planning to buy for now:
-Intel Core i3-4130 Haswell 3.4GHz S1150
-MOBO Intel H81 (still haven't decided between MSI, ASRock and Gigabyte; same price tags)
-Kingston HyperX Fury 4GB 1600MHz DDR3 memory sticks x2
-Western Digital 1TB SATA3 3.5" 7200RPM HD
-Sentey Stealth GS-6008 case
-PSU Sentey MBP650-HS 650w 80+ Bronze

I may not buy the PSU yet and use the generic PSU (600w) I already have on the current PC. Didn't have any problems playing some games with it, before my GPU started to fail because of the summer heat and couldn't play, like, LoL anymore. Also, I'm planning to use the integrated graphics before getting the money to buy a GTX 750TI. Having an Intel HD Graphics 4400/4600 should be enough for the games I'm currently playing, I think.

By the way, when someone asks about building a gaming PC, do they only consider building it with being able to play games in ultra/high graphics settings in mind? Are the answers they may get also connected to that? If that is the case, I'd like you to know that I don't really mind playing in low/middle settings. The only game I'd try to play with high settings would be GTA V when I can afford it, and probable Fallout 4 when mods start to expand. So, considering this, would my build still be okay, or would it still be lacking?

Thanks in advance.

I'm not familiar with that brand of PSU to know if they are reliable or not, but everything else I am seeing suggests that you would be fine with that build. I was in a similar spot a few years back, using a PC from 2003 in 2011, and finally decided to upgrade, so I know how it feels to want to get your money's worth out of a system and use it a long time.

The only thing I would really think about is waiting for Skylake Core i3 processors instead which should be coming out soon. They have higher performance, especially the integrated graphics chip, and they use DDR4 which will give a significant increase in performance from the integrated graphics chip as well.

With the Intel HD 4400/4600, I don't think you can run GTA V or Fallout 4...

With the Intel HD 4400/4600, I don't think you can run GTA V or Fallout 4. Not completely sure, but it would be tough. The Skylake iGPU could probably run them on low, though you would still experience lag, and it is hard to say where the GTX 750 Ti would land but I'd think it can do medium settings alright.

P.S. I edited your original post, as we do not permit users to swear on the forums. We want to try and keep the site safe for all ages, so please avoid doing that in future.

Thank you for the answer.

Yes, in fact, I already read in this forum that many people, at least, suggest buying Seasonic or XFX brands for PSUs. I planned to do that as well, but then, I'd have to go to one of those far away stores. But at least, Sentey seems pretty decent as it's something generally sold in every PC stores that I know.

I'd like to, but I doubt I'd be able to get the Skylate Core i3. Pretty sure it will be very expensive when it comes here, and it will also probably take months for it to come here. After all, in my country, they sell outdated stuff as if they were new to the general public. New stuff do take its time to get into the retailers' hands due to exportation issues, and they get outdated as time passes by, unfortunately.

Yes, I know I won't be able to run GTA V and Fallout 4 with Intel Graphics. That's where the GTX 750TI comes into play. It's good to know it will work at medium settings for those games, at least.

Finally, I don't remember saying any insult in my post, but sure. I'll be careful next time :)

And thanks again for the answer.
