Hello

So I've figured out after some research that http://bit.ly/1NtERK7 is the exact RAM that I own and have in my computer. So only two slots have been used. (MOBO ROG Maximus VI Gene)

However, with the upcoming black friday I want to upgrade my RAM, as 8GB do not seem to fit my needs. I'm looking for an upgrade to either 16 or 32. (Price range is not to worry about)

I've been looking at a couple of different types of RAM, my problem however is if it's "compatible" with my other RAM. To maybe save you some time my slots are 240pin DIMM slots.

I've had questions like; Can 2x8gb sticks work with my 2x4gb sticks? Would there be any problems with this? Can I use different speeds of RAM? Can I use RAM from other Manufacturers? Should I just buy a whole new 4x kit? and so on. I'm sure I could find the answer on this forum, but since I'm quite new it would probably take me a long time.

Thank you for your time reading this, and I would really love if I could get an answer, or even some recommendations within friday.

Thanks in Advance,
Zodiac
