I'm planning on upgrading my computer. From a Phenom II X4 to FX-8350. I want to buy the following items and want to make sure they fit and compatible with each other.

Processor: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113285
Motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131851
Computer Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811139018

1. Are these compatible with each other?

2. I have a 450 Watt PSU, The 125-watt Phenom II X4 965 runs fine; the FX-8350 is also 125 watts. Will the FX-8350 need more juice to operate?

3. Here are the old parts that I will be adding to the new motherboard and processor, will they fit on the mother board?

GeForce GT 730 PCI Express http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814133542

8GB DDR3 240-Pin 1333 MHz: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231311

450-watt PSU: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0081XXIHK?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00

Samsung 840 EVO SSD: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00E3W162W?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00

THANK YOU SO MUCH IN ADVANCE!!!!!
