Should I buy a cpu cooler like a 212 evo or hyper tx3, for my i3 4160?

Hi. I got a little question, I'm building a LoL, Minecraft, CsGo, and other games gaming pc. The specs are : Intel Core i3 4160 3.6Ghz
G.Skill Ripjaws X 2x4Gb DDR3-1600Mhz
250Gb HDD 7200Rpm ( I know it's not enough, I plan to buy 1Tb next year, I already had this HDD in stock)
Nvidia GeForce GTX 645 2GB GDDR5 ( not an extreme card, I already had it in stock and it performs well, like a 650 Ti and 750 )
AsRock Z97 Anniversary ( Good card )
Etc.
My question is : Should I buy an aftermarket Cpu cooler for the i3? I think no, but if not I plan to buy a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo next year. Will my i3 overheat until next year, or it will be fine?
I have ordered all the components, except the CPU, because I'm tight on budget and I will buy it this friday ( Black Friday , YEAHH!). I'm canadian and dont want to pay more than 120$ for my cpu. Do you recommend me this CPU, or you recommend and other sub $100 US cpu? I know black friday will give a 30-40% discount on pc parts. Dont forget , 120$ CA is equal to $90 US. Thank you!!

Solution
I3 runs cool. The stock cooler does the job.
Save your money.
The only reason for an aftermarket cooler might be reduced noise under load.

And... the 92mm fan on the TX3 will not be any improvement.

I think the i3-4160 or 4170 is an outstanding gaming cpu.

I like the fact that the TX3 is said ti run smooth and quiet.
I have a zalman zf9225ath and it is very loud BUT i tihkn this is because its a 3 pin and my MSI A88X G43 board is a 4pin header.
I was told im wrong, and that its an incompatibility issue with the MSI board and that fan which is why the fan speed cant be controlled.
I tried FanSpeed and i also tried in the Bios itself by moving the sliders, God knows how to adjust the speed.
I had a stock cooler which caw with my X4 860K BUT the temperatures seemed high , In actual fact iam very very confused as i have come from the world of X2 4400+ K8 cpu so where i am not is a world apart.
I dont understand what is the proper software to use for the proper temperatures and maybe i dont undersand how to read them.
I tried a program and it says my CPU is 67 degrees celcius, which is crazy.
Anyways then i tried my zalman zf9225ath but it is dam noisy which is why after going to HardForum and a local site i decided to buy a EVO TX3 fan. I really hope it is cool and that it is good enough for if i do want to over clock now and then.
I really hope what i bought in terms of power and stuff it is decent also.
Bearing in mind i came from an AGP world DDR1 ram and 2800+ Barton.
Then i steped to AMD 64 X2 4400+ with PCIE 7300 /

Now i have a FM2+ MSI A88X G43 16Gig ram some Sniper something , X4 860k cpu , and a really old SATA2 hard dfrive 160 Gig so i need to change that . It took me 1 year to get this stuff , married and a child its very hard also with one salary :)

Any comments and good news about what i bought and if i made a huge mistake somewhere.
Let me know, thanks

Oh, so my question was i also want to know if the EVO Tx3 versus the 212 , whats the winner?
I hope to God i didnt buy a losing fan cooler, all reviews and comments said it was good.
Some guy told me to get the Gammaxx 400 but it was like 150 bucks more and the size and stuff looked exactly the same to me so i just didnt get the point.

I took the TX3 EVO
