CSGO Low FPS or Am I expecting too much?

Hello! So I noticed from other people's benchmarks that they get about 200+ fps on max setting with the same hardware as me and it is a FX 6300 CPU 8GB of RAM and a gtx 660 Ti. I play on 720p all low settings and I only get about 150 fps on average. Is it because of my pc or am I just expecting too much for my parts?

If you enable console mode.
Look up the command for frame rate.
Vsync enabled will lower your over all fps.

You can limit the frame rate via a console command, or increase it.

In your options you should have an advanced mode.
Look for a tick box that says enable console.

Then press the tab or tild key on your keyboard when you launch cs go to enter the command console.
Google CS GO console commands.
Help & Optios -> Game Settings -> make sure you have this enabled
Command: fps_max 100 or what ever frame rate value

Oh i already have that set to 999 which is crazy, but I still get low fps and it really bugs me because I want to buy a 144hz monitor, but I am worried the other frames will not be put to use.
