Fm2 budget motherboard can it overclock well

Yes it can OC ok. I would be more worried about winning the silicon lottery than the motherboard on FM2+. Also 4.2Ghz should be almost a given on any FM2+ mobo with an unlocked CPU.. I would shoot for more like 4.4-4.5 Ghz personally if I was to try and overclock such a system, but in the end the CPU silicon is what will decide how high you can OC..
