If those values are correct, yes you should be worried. However at that temperature I don't think your computer would operate which leads me to believe that they are incorrect sensor readings.
Have you tried other temperature monitoring software (Real Temp, Core Temp, HWMonitor, SpeedFan(which it looks like you are using) or whatever is provided by your motherboard manufacturer)?
Typically motherboards have built-in safety warnings and will throttle/shutdown to prevent a CPU from getting this hot, unless you disabled them in the BIOS, the CPU shouldn't be allowed to reach that temperature.
127 also happens to be the upper limit of a "signed byte" data type which ranges from -128 to 127, which also suggests this could be an error in the sensor or software and not your real temperature.
