I'm assuming a "normal" CPU? With no OCs you should be fine.

but,
if i overclock my GP in 50Mhz - 100Mhz,
should it be fine?

You should get Asus TURBO-GTX960-OC-4GD5 4 GB GDDR5 for the same price it should be 250$
