guys can you help me about my ram problem windows says 6GB and 3.16 useable, so i googled it first and tried the msconfig fix but it didnt work, bios says 4096MB if total memory . and i think the lost 2GB memory went as Hardware reserved

DIMM_A1: Undefined 2048MB 1333MHz
DIMM_B1: Kingston 4096MB 1600MHz

does this means that my ram is dead?

i managed to fix this by reseating my ram but after a few days it went to 3.16GB useable again

Thank you so much if you guys could help me out
ill provide some Photos

CPUID i think is confusing things. My other 2600k system with 2x8GB 1600 kit ram and just checking CPUID myself says different values in JEDEC timings table so believe different memory modules isn't the problem here, they're most likely kitted as well.

The system in my sig had a memory problem some time ago, showed 12GB/8GB usable in Windows and 8GB in Bios. I tried two of the sticks at a time and shortly after rotating, found the stick that wouldn't read in Bios together. Replaced that stick from a kit of 4 i bought (To make triple channel) and that was it, one of the sticks just went bad.

Sorry didn't read properly, didn't see the bios picture. Your problem is mixed memory and different frequencies. Will need to manually adjust memory frequencies in Bios to match the lowest speed of your 2GB stick.

Differing memory speeds can't operate interdependently so if your board can't auto detect/drop to lowest denominator, will have to do it manually.

Is this a newly configured system, or this problem appeared suddenly? What I'm trying to find out is if these modules ever worked well in this configuration?
Setting the timings is to be done in BIOS, but every bios looks defferenty, what kind of motherboard do you have? Search for something like advanded tweaking or advanded settings, then search for DDR configuration, there should be the timigs anf voltage settings, look for things like CL-tRCD-tRP-tRAS-CMD

Combining modules with different native voltages and timings may result in unstable system, see this post:
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2526804/combining-memory-modules-timings.html#15248374
I have tried making them work together for weeks, but then I gave up eventually due to instability, but the succes depends a lot of your motherboard's "talents and capabilities"

I cant read it well form the screenshot, is it an Asus A58M-E?

If it is, here is your manual:
http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/SocketFM2/A58M-E/E9274_A58M-E_V2.pdf

Read chapter 1.4.2 and 2.5, i guess you shoud turn on advanced mode, than look for AI Tweaker, there you should have DDR timing control.
