so first im going to describe my build, in full so theres nothing left out (even the irrelevant parts) i have an fx 8120 cpu in an asus m5a97 mobo watercooled by a corsair h110i gtx, gtx 980 gpu, evga supernova 750gold psu, WD barracuda hdd and samsung 850 pro ssd. my issue is that i will be using the computer without very much load on it like browsing or watching a video and the whole thing will freeze. i cant use ctrl+alt+del nor can i move the cursor at all, it will sit there for as long as i let it until i power it off and then on again. this has happens everytime running speedtest.net though testmy.net works fine everytime. ive had it happen randomly with both games and simple web pages so at first i thought maybe the clock speed is too high (overclocked to 4.2ghz) but that wasnt a max overclock and even when i clock it down to 4.1 or 4.0 i still get the freezes. all relatively new equipment, and i just recently reapplied thermal paste to the cpu because i had some arctic silver lying around. one thing to note is that the fans and radiator attached to the cpu seem to go quite when it freezes (my assumption is that the cpu doesnt have very much to do once the whole thing is frozen) a side note is that im running fallout 4 on ultra settings without a problem but for some reason speedtest.net freezes me everytime, i really dont think its the cpu but its worth mentioning.

here is the event log of a crash that just happened, all i could see to attribute it to was the error and then the critical.
