I'm looking into build a sub $200 dollar PC for my Grandparents this Christmas used strictly for viewing movies (1080p), youtube, and playing music. Based on my budget what components would you suggest. Seeing as how I'll still have to buy peripherals after the build I'd prefer to keep the budget as low as possible. Huge plus if I can fit the system in a mini-itx case.
